Join our marketing team for an exciting 6-month internship at Stabal. This position focuses on a project within the international education sector.

We are seeking a talented, ambitious and creative marketeer with a passion for digital marketing, including content creation, copywriting, social media, and SEO.

Location: This role is primarily a work-from-home / remote role; however, you will be required to attend regular workshops and team meetings at our office near London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our clients in the international education sector.

Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.

Create high-quality and engaging content, including copywriting and marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for marketing initiatives.

Set up, maintain, and gain insights from reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Branch.io, Looker.

Monitor and report on website traffic, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Support the team in executing SEO strategies and tactics.

Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the international education sector.

You will be overseen by our team leader, who will be helping and guiding you with the work you produce. We have aggressive KPI’s and tight deadlines and require somebody who can completely manage and exceed those targets, whilst doing something you love.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
You should be creative, innovative, and agile. Skills in all aspects of digital and traditional marketing are a plus. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills are a must, as is a deep interest in education.

Essential:
A self-starter who wants to lead, disrupt, and create new ways to engage people with creative communication.

Creative mind and excellent writing and communication skills to create compelling content.

A deep passion for marketing and making a positive change in the world.

Experience within the ‘international education sector’ (personal or professional).

Creativity and passion for the world of digital communication, especially major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).

Good computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.

Basic or intermediate ability in management and planning of an editorial calendar for social media by tracking trends and opportunities.

Basic or intermediate skill in utilising graphics suites or tools (Adobe suite or similar)

Basic or intermediate ability to create content in graphic, video, and infographic formats

Educated to degree level in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing.

Desirable:
CRM and Marketing Automation (such as MailChimp)

Knowledge of management and planning tools for social media (Hootsuite or similar)

Knowledge of setting up different types of paid ads and an understanding of audiences

A keen interest in as well as knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as chatGPT.

Not mandatory but would be an advantage to have skills in:
CMS and content management suite (such as WordPress)

Basic knowledge of SEO and search engine optimization activities

Basic knowledge of SEO keyword scouting tools/suites (such as SEMrush)

Ability to manage and plan an SEO-oriented editorial calendar.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a Marketing professional preferred but not essential
