**Key Responsibilities**
- Complex diary management
- Organising global team offsites twice a year.
- Inbox management
- Preparing Presentations - Collect, compile, and analyzes data and information for reports and presentations for the department
- Updating finance team with any changes in forecast each month, review forecast and totals.
- Managing External Boards - summarize board papers, share with team call reports after each board meeting.
- Project Coordinator - working on project budgets, coordinating all access and training, participant feedback surveys etc.
- Company profiling and researching.
- Composing and creating documents, spreadsheets and/or presentations
- Maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files
- Ensuring confidentiality in relation to documents and schedules
- Managing files
- Handling and confirming travel arrangements and processing travel expense reimbursements
- Scheduling meetings and conferences
- Working on special projects, such as gathering, inputting and compiling information for reports as required by manager or other partners in the department
- Identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines

**The ideal postholder should have**:

- Previous Executive Assistant experience with C-Suite level individuals
- Good communication skills; verbal, written and non-verbal
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office) is preferred
