**FDCO Overview**

The Foreign Exchange and Commodities Operations & OTC Derivative Confirmations and Settlements Operations (FCO & DCS) team perform end to end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across FICC businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non FICC businesses.

Within FCO & DCS, the teams provide multiple services such as FICC trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over the Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations.

This great opportunity is part of a global team providing Horizontal Support for the process managers with focus on Risk Management, Improving Client Processes and Relationships, Interaction with Business Partners on resolving issues within front to bank workflow, interactions with Audit and Risk partners to drive collaboration, provide continual process improvements and enhanced client service. The environment is fast pace and always bringing a different new challenge.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead business calls to resolve Client issues
- Partner with change team on process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Liaison with Audit and Risk partners on emerging risk issues and identified process gaps
- Support process escalations
- Solution workflow opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Drives Clear Communication and ability close gaps and resolve issues
- Collaboration with others and ability to drive change on issues
- Ability to learn and gain understanding on process issues, identify opportunities to streamline workflow
- Challenge status Quo and look for new ways to solve issues
