Butler Rose is delighted to be working with an exciting start-up business, going through a period of rapid growth and development, who are looking to secure a Project Coordinator for their team.

This is an exciting new opportunity to start and build your career in a green space business that promises to offer great development.

This role would be ideally suited to you if you are an excellent communicator, someone who is confident in communicating between varied departments and parties both internally and externally. In addition you will pride yourself on your organisation skills, perhaps having previous experience with project management, or project coordination of some kind - this can be from any industry.

You do not need industry specific experience for this role, so it is a fantastic opportunity to start a new career in an industry that promises lots of future potential

The duties of this role include:

- Attend post-award project handovers from the tendering team, accepting responsibility for the project going into pre-construction
- Issuing RFIs to customers in order to obtain all required project specific information to enable the pre-construction design process to commence.
- Liaising with the design teams and additional parties in order to progress the project through pre-construction.
- Coordination of the design approval process, assisting where required to make the process as smooth as possible.
- Attend client meetings as and when required.
- Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on how the project is progressing
- Assist the Project Managers with queries/changes
- Liaise and coordinate any legal consents required for works relating to the projects
- Responsible for updating trackers and project folders, superseding old design revisions and communicating any changes to all key stakeholders.

Who are we looking for:

- Graduate level education OR 2-3 years within the workplace in an environment such as project management, coordination, customer/client liaison. You may have worked with tenders, contracts or or specific client management duties.
