**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for establishing and leading the recruitment function as we continue to scale up. They will be at the forefront of the recruitment function, responsible to develop and lead on the end-to-end recruitment process and build trusted working relationship with hiring managers to grow our talented teams. The role will work closely with the wider People & Culture team and will be instrumental in growing diverse and high performing teams. It will also involve leveraging systems and data to automate, track and measure processes, initiatives and successes. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the development of IFX's employer brand to amplify our presence in the market as an employer of choice. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone experienced to build up a TA function from scratch, directly support the growth of the company, leave their mark and create real impact.

**COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant experience and proven track record in talent acquisition with a deep understanding of FinTech and/or Financial Services, and experience hiring withing a number of verticals such as Sales, FX, Operations, Compliance etc.
- Experience in start-up/scale-up culture - comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action. Experience setting up a talent acquisition function would be ideal.
- Data-driven, proficient in using recruitment technologies and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as coach and influence hiring managers
- A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at pace and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
