Our client, Buybox limited, is one of the fastest growing eCommerce companies which sells a variety of products online on Amazon, eBay, and other eCommerce platforms. They helped their customers and brand owners to experience improved sales and brand recognition. They have sold a variety of products i.e., Rugs, Artificial trees, Clocks, Greenhouses, Kids chair, and so many other products.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Your duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
- Provides technical support to IT users.
- Advises users on how to resolve hardware and software problems.
- Installs and upgrades hardware, cables, operating systems and/or appropriate software.
- Facilitates user access to system.
- Research possible solutions in user guides, technical manuals, and other documents
- Maintains a log of work in progress, calls received, actions taken, and problems detected.
- Reports on commonly occurring queries to detect underlying problems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience in IT support or IT technician roles
- Associate degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux and UNIX operating systems
- Practical experience with internet and network security protocols
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Organisational and interpersonal skills

**Experience Requirements**:
You must have at least more than year experience in the relevant field, knowledgeable in every aspect of mobile and desktop operating systems. You are also required to have experience with computer and network security, in firewalls, antivirus software and malware protection. You should have good communication skills as the role includes dealing with customers by providing customer support. You must be proficient with the use of command-line interface for Windows, Mac OS, Linux and UNIX.
