What you’ll need to be successful

We are looking for an experienced IT & Digital Services Officer, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent administrative and organisational skills. This is a high impact role which offers the successful candidate the opportunity of making a strong, significant, and positive impact in assisting ambitious plans to improve existing services, add new features and extend digital vision and use across the organisation. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, extract, organise, analyse, and understand large amounts of information. As a Digital & IT Officer you will play a pivotal role in in the Digital Services Team empowering and providing peer support to staff and volunteers. You should have a good knowledge of SharePoint Automation tools as well as a good understanding of Azure for Administering Microsoft Cloud Environments.

Your duties will be focussed on improving the user’s digital experience and providing a secure environment for systems and data at Victim Support Scotland, improving processes, and collaboration using SharePoint automation tools.
