IRW’s People & Culture Division is recruiting for the position of ‘HR Wellbeing Officer’ to join its dynamic team. The HR Health and Wellbeing Officer will provide administrative support to the Wellbeing Team and act as the initial point of contact, ensuring they are logged and responded to appropriately. The purpose of this job is to contribute to the delivery of IRW’s objectives by supporting the Wellbeing team within the broader health and wellbeing strategy and ongoing implementation. You will also be responsible for supporting with administrative and financial processing and supporting the Wellbeing team as required.

You will report to the Head of HR Services and Wellbeing, and you will also receive support and guidance from the Services team whose work you will also be supporting.
- Willing to work towards CIPD qualifications or equivalent or part qualified.
- A relevant degree would be a clear advantage
- Experience in organising and delivering on wellbeing initiatives.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to assess both group and individual needs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to record information accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Experience of developing, reviewing, and implementing procedures.
- Proven experience in implementing work plans which help to deliver the unit objectives.
- Ability to work towards achieving key performance indicators and organisational strategy.
