**Your next role**

The Early Years and Childcare team provide support for Early Years providers across Swindon with funding, training, SEND and developing high quality EY education and care.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in a very highly regarded team where we are offering a fixed term Early Years Business Support apprenticeship opportunity.

We recognise that most potential applicants may not have specialist EY knowledge; therefore, a desire to learn is essential.

The successful applicant will be provided with the opportunity to achieve a Level 3 qualification Business and Admin and will have the opportunity to learn alongside our incredibly experienced and highly effective team.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate equally effectively with parents, providers and colleagues.

Flexibility and a sense of humour are essential in an environment which can change rapidly and in which no two days are ever the same

You will also recognise the value of a team approach to meeting challenges and have the ability to follow instruction as well as work using your own initiative.
