Our Early Careers Coordinator is a new role, which represents an exciting opportunity to build an early careers programme, contribute to our strategy, and have a tangible impact on our business and the communities we operate in.

Your primary focus will be to work with the people partners to develop and deliver a best-in-sector early careers offering that will evolve over the next five years’, from work experience placements, to apprenticeships and finally to a graduate scheme.

**To do this role well you will need**: (essential criteria)
- a keen interest in the early careers market and Higher Education
- excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- ability to communicate with a variety of people (students, graduates, academic departments, business stakeholders)
- curious and passionate about innovation, not afraid to experiment and learn from mistakes
- a natural collaborator with an analytical approach and experience reporting and analysing data

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you hybrid/flexible working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm, or part time hours to suit.
