Marketing Coordinator

Digital and social media marketing duties:
- Development of digital marketing materials for a variety of platforms
- Sourcing of imagery and artwork to compliment marketing message and in line with other marketing materials
- Setting of annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly social media plans and implement all
- Monitoring and reporting on digital campaign process - seeing campaigns through from start to finish and eventual hand over to other departments
- Carrying out regular reviews of SEO and PPC advertising across all platforms, reporting to Marketing Lead / Manager. Reviewing budget allocation in line with current marketing campaigns and marketplace trends
- Updating and maintaining all online resources
- Ability to provide high level quality control and attention to detail
- Working with Brand Lead to ensure brand consistency across all media and platforms
- Processing all digital marketing enquiries efficiently whilst providing the client with a high level of customer service
General marketing duties:
- Provide day-to-day support to Marketing Lead / Manager and / or other teams that may require marketing assistance
- Assist with the development of integrated marketing campaigns through use of online and offline resources
- Assist in the production of traditional offline marketing materials including leaflets, posters and newsletters where appropriate
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Assist with organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Maintain and update customer databases
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Media, marketing or business-related qualification desirable or working towards this
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing or business-related role
- Google AdWords and SEO experience with qualifications desirable
- Previous experience with e-marketing software such as MailChimp desirable
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Fluency in MS Office - Word / Excel / Outlook / SharePoint / Teams / Planner
- Working knowledge of Adobe suites including, but not limited to, Illustrator and InDesign
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and maintain cooperative and supportive relationships and communication channels with members of the SSG team
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
