My Client are currently looking for Commercial Associates to join there Sales Development team in there very trendy Glasgow office. **(Hybrid working)**

**The Role**

Our Commercial Associates are responsible for prospecting and approaching potential new business clients across the UK. They are true specialists in understanding the R&D Tax Credit scheme, ensuring they can confidently approach clients and organise face to face meetings for our Business Development Managers.

Commercial Associates will source leads and prospect for new business clients and are targeted to generate as many quality new business meetings as possible for our Business Development Managers. These meetings will be won by calling prospect clients and reaching senior decision makers, discussing their Research &Development projects at a high level and explaining our strategic consulting services.

Our Commercial Associates make between 70-80 calls per day and have a real drive to hunt for new business.

We are looking for people with a background in cold-calling, and that are looking to join a Sales Development team that is invested in developing its people. You must have B2B sales experience.

You should be someone who thrives working in a fast paced and demanding telesales environment, you will enjoy working collaboratively, and will be ambitious and driven to progress a career in sales.

You don’t need to come from an R&D Tax background, as we have a world class learning & development team and the best people managers to support you to become a true specialist.
