**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous Customer Service Phone Experience.
- Outstanding Communication Skills.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to Build Rapport.
- Experience Working within Financial Services.
**Your Responsibilities**:
As a part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and promptly responding to customer queries across various channels to achieve a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Taking ownership of queries and escalating them through the appropriate channels when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions on their accounts, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating active listening skills to truly understand and address customer needs.
**Must-Haves**:
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Proficiency in English (with a good command of the language).
- Willingness to provide a credit report (we can assist with this process).
- Willingness to provide a basic DBS certificate (we can support this).
- Reside within a 30-mile radius of Banbury.
**Working Hours**:
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
