**Who we're looking for?**:
A Senior Producer to join our motion production team who will oversee the costing & estimates, pre-production, production, and delivery of the clients integrated productions under the guidance of a Senior Producer. Ensuring the job is delivered on time and on budget, whilst also ensuring creative vision and client requirements are met.

They will need to have and great understanding of video, photography and activation disciplines and work hand in hand with our partners and in-house creative & motion team. They will create timing plans/budgets within our own systems, assume responsibility for the review/approval process of the creative output and ensure the projects they own run on time and on budget.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Effectively liaising with the Client, Creative and Account Management departments to fully understand the requirements, expectations, and vision of each brief.
- Comfortable leading pre-production process including director casting, talent, usage and procurement.
- Overseeing all post-production processes including but not limited to VO records, VFX, music compositions/searches, offline/online, animation & finishing.
- Have a strong understanding of our client's businesses and their communication objectives. Champion effective and personable communications with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with our internal teams & external clients, to push production boundaries, enhance our reputation and contribute to the development of long-lasting client relationships.
- Commissioning and sharing a progressive knowledge of directors, animators, photographers, illustrators and creators.
- Creative problem solving; working with creatives, strategists, and client teams to work through the best approach to integrated briefs.

**Your Experience**:

- 3 year's experience of producing integrated campaigns in a Creative Agency or Production Company.
- An excellent knowledge of integrated production including motion and stills.
- Passion for photography and moving image.
- Thorough knowledge of the pre & post-production.
- Previous understanding of procurement.
- Strong financial acumen.
