The HRIS Manager will report to the Head of HR and will be responsible for a small team of HR data and reporting analysts.

The HRIS Manager Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and develop a small team of HR data and reporting analysts
- Maintain the Workday system, partnering with IT for complex technical support
- Champion the use of the system
- Provide SME expertise on Workday to the wider business and HR function
- Lead the design, building and delivery of HR reporting that meets the needs of the business and key stakeholders using Workday

The HRIS Manager Skills:

- Graduate or CIPD or equivalent
- Experienced with HR systems and reporting background
- Experience of working with Workday desirable but training will be provided
- Demonstrable experience working in fast paced environment working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Experience extracting and manipulating complex data
- Experience leading a small team

This is a hybrid opportunity working in the office, 2/3 days per work and the rest from home
