A HRIS, Workday Specialist to be based near Brighton
Our Utilities client is recruiting a HRIS, Workday Specialist to join their Head office HR and project team. **Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of HR and working with the project team, you will be supporting with the implementation of Workday as part of the organisations transformation programme.
As a HRIS specialist you will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
- Identify and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events and errors etc.
- Act as SME for Workday within the HR function and lead for a team of Workday Analysts
- Recruitment and line management of HRIS team
- Support HR team projects/integrations through solution design, testing and data loads
- Create and maintain training activities & manuals.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in the role, you must have proven experience of implementing Workday and have an understanding of Workday delivery reporting & dashboards. You must have a proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations as well asbeing data driven and analytical mindset. You will ideally be able to start as soon as possible and must be able to travel to their head office at least once a week.
**What you'll get in return**
In return you will be entitled to a salary of Circa £68,400 (depending on experience) plus hybrid working, 25 days holiday, company & performance related bonus, generous pension, health benefits and Perkbox benefits.
