VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting one of our major clients in **Dungannon** with the recruitment of an **Operations Administrator **to join their expanding team.

This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.

This is a Monday - Friday position. Temporary - Permanent opportunity.

**Salary**

£24,000 - £26,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace

**Responsibilities**:

- Allocating stock to sales and works orders.
- Plan and issue works order production to meet customer requirements.
- Monitoring component orders to ensure that product is on track for delivery.
- Regularly communicating with sales team regarding availability against demand.
- Manage outbound OTD processes.
- Control of daily cycle counts.
- Maintain operating system information on an on-going basis.
- Resolve stock queries.
- Control customer returns.
- Drive warehouse KPI’s.
- Ensuring service on outbound freight.
- General admin duties as required.

**The Ideal Person**:

- Strong IT Skills including at least Intermediate level at EXCEL and MS Office.
- Experience with operating systems ideally sage Line 200, with knowledge of B.O.M / Works Order.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- A strategic thinker able to act on initiative.
- Confident in tackling problems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Someone who is keen to develop in their role, learning new skills to enhance your position in the company.
- Holding great administrative skills.
- Establishing strong team relationship and being able to work effectively in a group environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
