We have several fantastic opportunities for you to join our claims team in Newcastle supporting our customers through the motor insurance claims process and dealing with the claims presented by the third party.

No day is the same in claims management, every claim is different to the next so you will have plenty of variety in your role.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience in handling motor claims in either third party or personal injury claims is essential
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
