**The Role**
The Data Entry Clerk/Technician will be responsible to maintain the internal database by entering new and updated information and preparing source files that they will use in computerised formats. The process includes compiling all records into one file or table and sorting it based on criteria.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software. Knowledge of word processors, like Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of basic software.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operating knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Basic research and collection of data skills.

**Qualifications**
- We are ideally looking for a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, with Maths, English and Science preferable.
**Working Hours**
- Our working hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday.
