We serve a diverse local population across Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and surrounding borders of Warwickshire, South Staffordshire and Herefordshire providing care to over 2.8 million patients per year.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
The post holder will work with the divisional teams and with key stakeholders on individual redesign projects establishing the scope of the project, identifying improvements in efficiency whilst ensuring high standards of quality and safe care are maintained and aligned to corporate strategy.

To identify and work with the interdependencies between service design and service outcomes, and estates design and delivery as interdependent work streams within an overall framework, the post holder will need to work closely with the capital and operational estates team on business cases for specific future capital projects.
