We’re a family business through and through - family owned, family run, with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small but all offer good food drink, great beds and a ton of things to do.

**About the role**

**What are the key things this role will deliver?**

Managing enquiries from new and existing accounts, contacting previous customers, proactively sourcing new business streams, reserving function space, booking accommodation and any leisure activities, managing group room allocations, coordinating food drink packages, organising entertainment and any specialist equipment; issuing accurate contracts and securing payments prior to the event, collating customer feedback and sharing this with the operational teams.
- Up-sell and coordinate the group tour series bookings and any events across the family of hotels.
- Coordinate group bookings and events from enquiry through to event completion
- Work closely with all operational departments within the hotels to ensure a smooth experience
- Accurately process function sheets and customer correspondence, updating paperwork as necessary with any changes and advising the operational team in a timely manner.
- Make sure you follow all company procedures, customer confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
- Consistently meet the department’s standards and deadlines.
- Convert enquiries into business bookings, accurately recording numbers and details.

Liaise with the customers throughout the booking process to capture and confirm any amendments to bookings.
- Follow up all events with each customer with potential future bookings in mind.
- Look for ways to improve yourself and your work.
