**Responsibilities**:
Craft Creative Social Media Strategies: Design and deliver innovative, engaging social media strategies for our clients that align with their goals and brand identity.

Manage Social Media Channels: Take charge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. Adapt content to suit different channels and target audiences.

Content Scheduling: Utilise scheduling tools like, (need to put the name of the scheduling software here) to plan and deliver content across multiple platforms.

Create Engaging Multimedia: Develop and coordinate original, eye-catching multimedia content across multiple social platforms to keep audiences captivated.

Competitions and Campaigns: Plan and execute exciting competitions and campaigns that promote our clients' brands, making them stand out.

Influencer Partnerships: Build key relationships with influencers across social media platforms to enhance our clients' reach and impact.

Audience Research: Dive into audience research to understand trends, preferences, and behaviors, providing valuable insights for our strategies.

Community Management: Manage and facilitate social media communities, responding to posts and stimulating discussions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Use the data to make informed decisions.

Competitor Analysis: Stay on top of competitor activity and recommend improvements to boost our clients' performance.

Setting Targets: Establish clear targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Budget Management: Manage and track budgets for social media activities efficiently.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

**Requirements**:

- A strong understanding of various social media platforms and their role in branding and customer engagement.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, suitable for different platforms.
- Knowledge of algorithms and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Creativity in generating new and innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics.
- An eye for detail and high accuracy in work.
- Motivation and commitment to excel in role

**Qualifications**:While there are no set qualifications for this role, a degree in marketing, business management, media and communications, or related fields is advantageous. Personal qualities, existing knowledge, and experience are highly valued.

**Work Experience**:Experience in marketing, social media, or digital is beneficial. Relevant social media experience or internships are valuable.Salary is competitive and depends on experience.
