We are looking for talented editors who can write brilliant copy for both news and long-form features. You will be comfortable interviewing leading executives from the world’s largest and most innovative companies, have an insatiable desire to create compelling content, and a solid working knowledge of SEO principles. Hosting webinars, scripting video, and moderating panel discussions are all opportunities at BizClik to flex your creative muscles.

While journalism experience is an obvious advantage, we also welcome wider communications professionals who are well-versed in story creation, tone, brand guidelines and happy to follow our successful formula.

You will be given extensive training and the latest tools to support you in delivering great content on time, every time, and work with a diverse, curious team to service clients on our varied commercial projects.

You will be encouraged to own your space, developing deep knowledge and personal contacts that will make you an integral part of the industry that you serve.

**Main duties & responsibilities**
- Take ownership of and fully manage your brand and the team within it.
- Take ownership of and fully manage the production of digital company reports and diamonds including interviewing executives, writing engaging features and hitting strict deadlines.
- Write company reports for other industry publications where necessary.
- Understand the interests of your brand’s readers and address these issues in the publication and on its website.
- Source, write and upload at least two pieces of content for your industry website per day.
- Work under the guidance of the editor-in-chief to deliver quality content to BizClik’s expected standards and methods.
- Share all of your online content on social media platforms.
- Leverage interviews to deliver at least two pieces of off-diary content per week for your industry website.
- Deliver demonstrable growth in web traffic for your industry website.
- Build your own personal network on LinkedIn and play an active role in your industry online.
- Deliver editorial features for your industry publication each month, ideally interviews with leading industry figures within your sector.
- Attend industry events, both in the UK and abroad, to represent and grow the brand, make contacts and deliver content for your website and publication.
- Play an active role in relevant LIVE events, producing live content.
- Collaborate closely with commissioning, design, events, social media and production management teams.
- Work under the guidance of your portfolio Editor-in-Chief to support other brands where necessary.
- Plan magazine content at least 90 days in advance on Monday boards.
- Lead sector meetings to maximise the input from all departments.
