**The Purpose of the Role**:

- To provide administration support to the Post Office Limited Inquiry Team and Historical Matters Legal Team
- To work closely with Historical Matters (HM) Executive Coordinator to accomplish daily tasks, and handle a wide range of activities, including managing daily enquiries from Post Office internal stakeholders
- To conduct the administration in relation to business as usual activities in the Inquiry team
- To work as part of the Inquiry Team to support Post Office Ltd and its current and former Postmasters, following the conclusion of the Group Litigation Order and associated judgement.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Liaise with the People Support Team to ensure new starters are welcomed into the team
- General support using / approving our internal HR Database SuccessFactors for all HR / People related tasks and queries, including sick leave
- Ensure line management is correct in Success Factors for Inquiry Team and HMU Legal Team
- Monitor holiday / non working day trackers
- Monitor training requirements in Success Factors and follow up with the team where required

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Able to adapt to different ways of working and different personalities
