You will be joining the Corporate team working as a Senior Corporate Paralegal where ownership of your personal career is valued highly, This ambitious law firm recognises personal performances consistently by providing you with many responsibilities and lotsof involvement from a very early stage all in according to help grow the business**Your New Role as a Paralegal**:

- Drafting and proofreading various documents
- Handling your own cases
- Carrying out Due Diligence checks and exercises
- Conducting legal research
- Constant liaison with many authorities
- Dealing with clint onboarding, i.e. KYC and Tax documents
- Managing and organising legal documents

**About You**:

- Business fluent in Arabic and English
- Previous Corporate Transactional experience
- 2 Years’ experience in UAE in a law firm
- Amazing communication and organisation skills.
