We are looking for an exceptional Repairs Supervisor to join our team of property professionals in providing a comprehensive, responsive and cost-effective front-line housing repair service.

**Do you have experience leading and supervising a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an **efficient maintenance service?**

As one of three Repairs Supervisors responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an efficient reactive maintenance service you will have a strong technical background in construction, building pathology, defect diagnosis and experience of supervising teams in the field related to social housing.
