We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Technician with a valid MOT Licence.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Workshop Controller and Aftersales Manager.

Direct Reports:

N/A

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Utilize diagnostic tools and a methodical approach to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues. Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their concerns as necessary.

2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest technologies introduced in our vehicle lineup and the methods for diagnosing and repairing related faults.

3. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to the highest standards, adhering to specified guidelines.

4. Ensure all tasks are completed while observing safe working practices for oneself and others.

5. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for guidance in complex situations beyond the scope of specified work.

6. Assess the quality of work through diagnostic equipment and conduct road tests on vehicles post-service. Coordinate with the Service Advisor.

7. Complete necessary service documentation (job sheets, PDI's, service reports) in accordance with brand standards, warranty, and site requirements.

8. Conduct vehicle health checks and CitNOW video documentation promptly (or equivalent).

9. Uphold workshop cleanliness and organization standards, including the proper use of specialized and personal tools.

Skills & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ certification.

- Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.

- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm.

- Valid UK driving licence.

- Professional appearance.

- Current MOT Licence.

- Relevant experience and training from recognized manufacturers.
