An award winning Hotel & Day Spa, Hazlewood Castle is set within 77 acres of beautiful grounds. Our 11th Century Castle and the surrounding estate hosts three event venues, an outdoor activity centre, the Vavasour Restaurant and Imagine Day Spa so there is plenty to keep our guests occupied during their visit

Specialising in hosting weddings and events of all sizes, and welcoming guests for leisure breaks, spa days and dining experiences, you will gain a well-rounded introduction to the Events & Hospitality industry and become an integral part of our team.

**The Role**:

- To experience and be fully aware of all the hotel departments including housekeeping, restaurant, reception, sales & reservations, meetings, weddings and events. The role will include providing a general support to all departments as and when required.
- With support of the management team; to supervise within all areas of the hotel facilities which includes running events, weddings, meetings and events
- To develop management skills supervising staff while within each department including ensuring that all staff are trained correctly and standards upheld, along with planning and allocating tasks to team members
- To gain thorough knowledge of room layouts, capacities, menus, wine lists, operation and installation of AV equipment, liquor licensing laws, health and safety and food hygiene legislation.

- Own transport is essential due to the location of the Hotel. We also recommend living locally but this is not a requirement.
