This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office. Role is based in London, however Dublin can be considered.

The Role:
HarbourVest is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to lead onboarding of private banks and intermediaries for distribution of alternative products in the Private Wealth channel. They will be responsible for end-to-end project management and liaising with private banks under direction of the Vice President Product Operations to onboard new products.- Highly passionate, motivated and able to work independently under mínimal supervision- Excited by the opportunity to liaise directly with clients and also work internally across multiple teams and with different levels of seniority- Comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently in an area that may not always have established precedents- Detail-oriented while remaining focused on key goals

What you will do:
- Lead liaison with clients during the onboarding process, including development and ownership of project plans- Facilitate and support distributor marketing campaigns- Support the Investor Relations team in client education on operational aspects of fund distribution- Analyze proposed commercial and operational arrangements with potential distribution partners- Lead distributor fee-handling coordination, commercial agreement data management and oversight of third-party data capture, calculation, and notice accuracy- Maintain oversight and quality control of outgoing distribution regulatory reporting and data dissemination, including leading liaison with data vendors and hubs.- Liaise with the AIFM Distribution Oversight function.- And other responsibilities as required.

What you bring:
- Experience in distribution through high net worth channels outside of the US and particularly experience with private equity funds- Well versed in the mechanics and inter-dependencies of open-ended funds and outsourcing of service providers- Experience in structuring, intermediary operational models, client service and/or operational experience with private market funds- Good understanding of AIFMD, Luxembourg fund regulation and AML/KYC- Very strong project management skills- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong work ethic; genuine passion for excellence and constant improvement- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order- Strong client service orientation-
- European Languages - English (must)

Education Preferred:
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience- Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

**Experience**:
- 5-8 Years experience in alternative investment, institutional or private wealth, financial sales and service, or product specialist types of roles (Senior Associate level)
