We're looking for an caring, positive, enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our team at Brierfield House Care Home
Our Health Care Assistants, or Carers, provide care and a helping hand to service users in their day-to-day lives while providing encouragement and support to maintain their independence and dignity. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the safety of those in their care is of the utmost importance to the Health Care Assistant role. Carers are friendly, respectful, considerate, and empathetic team players who are able to accurately identify the needs and abilities of people in order to deliver outstanding person-centred care and ensure the well-being of those they care for. You will receive comprehensive training and be an integral part in helping us maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all those who work, reside, and visit our homes. Health Care Assistants are invaluable front-line members of any care team and, despite the challenges, it is a truly rewarding profession where you will see the difference you are making in others' lives on a daily basis.
