We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, caring Senior Health Care Assistant to join our bank team at Brierfield House Care Home
Our Senior Health Care Assistants, or Seniors, provide care and support to our service users while leading our teams of carers to ensure shifts run smoothly and effectively. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those in their care and their team is of the utmost importance to the Senior Health Care Assistant role. As a Senior Health Care Assistant you will work with a wide range of individuals from across Each Other Care to help us deliver exceptional standards of care and maintain a supportive working environment founded on mutual-respect and community. Caring, approachable team players with keen attention-to-detail and a positive nature thrive in this role. Senior Health Care Assistants are invaluable front-line members of any care team and, despite the challenges, it is a truly rewarding profession where you will see the difference you are making in others' lives on a daily basis
