**About Our Client**:
A well respected Pulborough based client are seeking a full time permanent office based Administrator - HR to support with HR, reception and general office assistance.

As Administrator - HR you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the HR system, updating new starters, leavers and amendments
- Acting as the main point of contact for all employees and visitors
- Organising all new starter HR inductions and passes
- Managing leavers exit interviews
- Coordination of training for staff on site, booking courses, raising POs, organising training and recording of courses
- General day to day business admin, reception cover, data entry
- Organising staff events, travel and meetings

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous HR and business administration
- MS office knowledge and HR software
- Attention to detail
- Interest to study CIPD
- 5 days a week in office (Pulborough)

**What's on Offer**:
£22-23,500 per year
