- List, manage and optimize product listings on our sales platforms which include Amazon, eBay, Wayfair & GroupOn platforms.
- Monitor and enhance account health and performance metrics.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage the booking of our products with our third party delivery partners. *Brand Growth:*
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns. *Advertising and Marketing:*
- Plan, create, and manage advertisement campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyse ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Work with the design team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives. *Budget Management:*
- Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget.
- Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget usage.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or performance. *Analytics and Reporting:*
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance, advertising effectiveness, and budget usage.
- Utilize data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. *Requirements:*
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, particularly on Amazon, eBay, Wayfair & GroupOn
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ecommerce management tools. *Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads. *Benefits:*
