Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintaining financial records.
- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Support the team with clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrated capability in performing various administrative duties.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Pay: £22,418.65-£31,317.93 per year
