We are looking for someone to support the Health and Safety Manager in delivering and maintaining a safe working environment. We do this through establishing a strong Health & Safety (H&S) culture or psychologically safe environments where challenge is encouraged without a blame.

The successful Junior Safety Adviser will be provided with: full training, a range of Health & Safety tools to implement compliance and drive improvement.

**Essential**:
A desire to succeed and work hard towards Health & Safety Qualifications that include: (IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate, Level 6 Diploma, IOSH Membership)

**Desirable**:

- Prior site-based construction experience - preferred but Training can be provided
- Clean, full driving licence or working towards
