**Temporary Operations Administrator**

**East Grinstead - Hybrid working available**

**£12 Per Hour**

**3-month contract with strong change of going permanent thereafter**

Are you available immediately to start a new role? Do you have proven administration experience and excellent communication skills?

This is a full time temp position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will work 2-3 days in the office and the rest of the week at home, equipment provided.

Main duties will be.
- Log compliments and feedback on internal systems and respond to these using agreed templates and within agreed SLA's
- Issue written responses provided by Managers, coordinators, and supervisors
- Assist with the distribution of staff uniforms and updating spreadsheets
- Support Managers and wider site operations team with any ad-hoc duties

Previous administration experience is required for this role. Your customer focused approach to work, ability to manage multiple tasks at any one-time, excellent attention to detail combined with well-developed communication skills will enable you to excelin this role. You must also be able to learn new systems quickly and have a good standard of MS Office knowledge.
