We have an incredible opportunity for a dual job role of receptionist and executive assistant to join us at Dr Ana The Skin Clinic - The West Midlands’ premier cosmetic clinic.

We are looking for an all-rounder to join our tight-knit team. Duties of your role will include; providing excellent 5-star service and care to all of our patient needs as well as to assist our clinic manager (Dr Ana) with a variety of day-to-day tasks.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who will happily put their hand to anything.

Additional tasks are a significant part of this role which include reception cover (making bookings, taking payment and assisting with queries), processing deliveries and returns, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic & general administrative duties.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google & Gmail
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to be flexible around working days/times

The salary is 11-12 GBP per hour depending on experience levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
