**Job brief**

Are you looking to work in a stunning waterfront venue? Then we wish to hear from you The Lake House is currently looking for Barista by day and a Bar tender by night. Can you make a great coffee and a spectacular cocktail?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender / Barista to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

**Flexible working hours **with a mixture of both weekday and weekend work available. We aim to offer a consistent working pattern with a great work life balance.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons including various types of specialty coffees and tea
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and confidently make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Greet, serve and look after our guests so they go home happy
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Being part of an energised and engaged team

**What we are looking for**:

- We want someone to ‘wow’ our guests with every drink.
- Proven working experience as a Bartender
- Be a fun-loving, energetic, team player
- A strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever required.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
