Nightcap PLC is seeking a talented and ambitious Bar Manager to lead our team at Waterloo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Your duties will include:

• Managing bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling
• Creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote events and increase sales
• Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and staff

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of experience in bartending or bar management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
