We are just a 5 minute walk away from Waterloo Station with a Wednesday to Sunday operation.

At our new location in Waterloo, we are looking for an experienced Head Mixologist and Mixologist to join our team.

We are seeking employees with at least two years of mixology or cocktail bar tending expertise, enjoys working in a hectic setting with many internal music events.

possess the capacity to maintain composure in demanding circumstances in a busy atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a well-stocked bar, including all ingredients needed to prepare signature drinks and standard drink orders.
- Preparing alcoholic & specialty drinks such as margaritas, mojitos, martinis, daiquiris, beers, wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
- Setting up bar stations with supplies such as glasses, mixers, bottles of liquor, beers on tap, etc.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure a safe environment for customers.
- Consulting with customers on their drink orders to ensure they are served correctly and efficiently.
- Mixing ingredients in accordance with recipes to create special drinks or cocktails.

**Experience**:

- Great knowledge of spirits, ingredients and mixing techniques.
- Able to think on your feet and work under pressure.
- Great communication skills to engage with customers and understand their preferences as well as explain the ingredients & preparation for their drinks.
- A minimum of Hospitality industry experiences: 2 years
- Mixolgy Bartending: 2 years

Part-time hours: 16 -40 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
