**About the role**

North Wales Audi has an exciting opportunity available for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join their talented team.

As a Sytner Customer Service Advisor, no two days are the same and the role will include.
- Customer Service; Arranging bookings and appointments, talking to customers both face to face and on the phone, communicating with the customer throughout the time that their vehicle is with us.
- Administration; Completing relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records, preparation of invoices, processing of warranty claims
- Teamwork; Liaising with all the relevant departments including workshop and management to deliver an amazing customer experience.
- Upselling; Promoting the sale of accessories and service plans

Your apprenticeship training will take place over a 3-year period and will compromise of classroom and workshop based learning, this includes off-the-job training at the Audi Academy. You will also receive the support from a mentor who will oversee the work-based learning programme.

Sytner work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include on occasion a Saturday, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

**About You**

If you have a keen interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles and the automotive industry as a whole then we would like to hear from you.

No experience is needed for this role; however we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and work ethic with a willingness to learn. Ideally you will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as having the capability to follow instructions and work individually.
