**About the Job**

Big Baller Bus is looking for a reliable Chauffeur to join our team. We have a growing fleet of exceptional bespoke vehicles and cater to a wide variety of VIP clients, consisting of celebrities, footballers and influencers. We are looking for someone who is hungry and willing to go the extra mile to cater to the clients and build long lasting relationships with them.

Chauffeur experience isn't a necessity, but those lacking experience must have the ability and hunger to learn.

**Responsibilities**
- Transport clients in a safe and timely manner.
- **Be available to work Monday-Sunday and be able to take on jobs in real time, as last minute jobs do arise in this line of work.**:

- Ability to work morning and nightshifts - Flexibility in work schedule.
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure you find the best route.
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
- Maintain the car clean and neat, make sure the car has all required supplies, including cleaning supplies and entertainment supplies.
- Clean the vehicle prior, in between and after your shift.
- Provide excellent customer service skills to clients throughout the trip, and process excellent communication skills both with your supervisor and client.
- Communicate directly with customers, before, during and after the trip to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and any needs are catered to, at any stage of the journey.
- Be presentable - Custom shirt will be provided.

**The Vehicle**
- You will be able to keep the vehicle at your place of residence and not report to depot.
- **ALL vehicle expenses are paid for by the company ( Petrol and Insurance) We only require your professional customer service and driving.**:

- You must keep the vehicle clean and presentable for customers (i.e., regularly cleaning the seats, table and carpet to ensure its spotless at all times)

**Pay**
- £15 Per Hour
- Around 40-50 hours a week on average (£600-£750 per week)
- Any tips received from clients do not need to be declared, our drivers average £150-300 per week on tips but this is not guaranteed.

**Driver Requirements**
- A valid UK driving license
- Ability to use GPS devices and navigate around traffic and congestion.
- Knowledge of the city ( Central London and Surrounding Areas)
- Availability to take shifts including weekend/overtime.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour)
- Experience in driving and caring for prestige and luxury vehicles will be a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanour along with good communication skills (written & oral)

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
