**Job Purpose**

Join our dynamic team at the London Branch and take on the role of Transportation Booking Supervisor. In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating transportation arrangements, including coaches, mini-buses, and chauffeur cars for our esteemed Inbound market within the UK and Eire.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage Transportation Logistics: As the Transportation Booking Supervisor, your core responsibility is to efficiently arrange and coordinate transportation services, including coaches, mini-buses, and chauffeur cars, to meet the travel requirements of our clients in the UK and Eire. This entails meticulous planning, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Optimize Client Experiences: You will contribute significantly to the success of our clients' tours by providing expert support in logistics planning. Your role involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure that group and FITs tours run smoothly, providing clients with unforgettable travel experiences.
- Operational Flexibility: The position requires adaptability and the ability to provide coverage during holiday periods and assist other sections within the London Branch when requested. This versatility ensures a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- Supplier Relations: As a key point of contact with our suppliers, you will be responsible for invoice validation and maintaining positive relations. This contributes to the financial stability and reliability of our services.
- Exceptional Service: Dealing with inquiries from tour escorts and passengers with professionalism and efficiency is crucial. You play a role in maintaining high service standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Emergency Response: Your participation in the emergency call ROTA team is essential for addressing unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
- VIP Services: The role includes providing VIP services, which involve greeting VIPs and accompanying groups, particularly from the Japan and Asia market. This enhances our reputation for exceptional customer care.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Your language skills, particularly in English, and any additional languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese, contribute to our ability to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Experience and Expertise: A background in the travel industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and coach industry experience, if available, brings valuable insights and expertise to the role.

**Required Experience**
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Fluency in additional languages, such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese, is highly desirable.
- Adept at working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated strength in communication and negotiation.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to adapt to varying workloads, effective time management, and a capacity to excel under pressure.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- A background in the coach industry is a valuable asset.
