**About The Role**:
MandM have a new opportunity for a Senior Trading Executive to assist with coordinating product launches, meeting campaign dates, and communicating with internal teams to prioritise, problem solve and meet deadlines.

The role will also assist with pulling out highlights most suited to differing channels and countries, to manage the Weekly Trading Plan delivering the best messages to the customers at the right time so communication, accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure our plan is executed to a high standard and delivers the targets set.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Monitoring and coordinating product launches with internal departments. Ensuring they are prioritised and meet deadlines with the required offer for the campaign. Being reactive to current performance and conditions will be vital to delivering successfully
Communicating timing and requirements for stock launches cross teams, highlight issues that arise and amending dates should it be necessary
- Managing Weekly Trading Plan making decisions to deliver the key messages within each week. Being reactive to change and suggesting new ideas
- Pulling out highlights from within deals reviewing investment, commercial relevance and previous successes within channels in order to deliver the most relevant messages
- Reviewing campaign performance monitor successes and failures, learning from these in future campaigns and making suggestions for trading plan
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams on a daily basis, seeking new opportunities and making suggestions to improve existing campaigns
- Keep up to date with market trends and make recommendations based on your findings that could be applied to our trading plan and approach
- Oversee the themed briefing process, executing monthly theme and messaging creation, coordinating with the CRM and Social team and working closely with the creative and studio team
- Compile Monthly Performance review, working closely with the CRM team to report on trading theme performance and present insights and learnings
- Compile and interpret weekly insights for international countries, primarily DK and DE, covering strengths, weaknesses and areas of concern.

**Hours of Work**:
General office hours Monday to Friday, hybrid working will be available, working 3 days remotely and 2 days per week at head office in Leominster, Herefordshire.

**Essential**
- Proven experience in an eCommerce role
- Strategic understanding and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Ability to work collaboratively and delivery plans and activities set
- A keen interest and good understanding of online retail
- Ability to communicate well at all levels (both written and verbal)
- Assertive, confident and able to challenge established ways of working
- Proactive, organised and able to work under pressure using own initiative.

**Desirable**
- Degree level qualification in Marketing or Business.
