**About The Role**:

- To assist in planning and coordinating the trading plan across all websites to give customers relevant, engaging, high quality marketing communications.
- Working alongside others in the department to deliver an integrated, appealing, category focused trading plan.
- Communication, accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure our plan is executed to a high standard and delivers the targets set.
- A methodical and analytical approach to support and inform future trading plans. Experience with interpreting and summarising data.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Working closely with the Trading Manager, Web Merchandising, Digital Design and CRM teams to plan and coordinate marketing trading plans on a daily basis across all websites.
- Ensuring plans are delivered to a high standard to deadlines set
- Ensure customers are receiving relevant, engaging, high quality marketing communications across the website homepages. Key in delivering onsite personalisation, support executing tests, providing ideas to feed into roadmap that support business needs and feedback on performance.
- Be the key communicator of trading needs to web merchandising, content and CRM teams
- Be reactive to changes/issues, working to get a resolution and minimise impact to customers
- Responsible for all messaging and co-ordination of product inclusion, editorial images and translations across all homepage and landing page briefs for all languages
- Work with the Digital Design team to deliver engaging homepage and landing page creative as well as ensuring all messaging, links and tracking are correct.
- Review performance and interpret data - monitoring effectiveness of trading messages and highlighting both successes and concerns, in order to influence future trading activity
- Work alongside the Web Merchandising and Content teams to setup shops and links according to the trading plan and direction from project teams
- Work closely with the wider marketing team in the development of the trading plan to ensure online activity is integrated across all channels and targets reached
- Keep up to date with market trends and make recommendations based on your findings that could be applied to our trading plan and approach.
