**Job Summary**:
Shifts will include weekends and Bank Holidays. Rota’s are confirmed 1 month in advance with employee requests accommodated where possible.

**The Role**:
The Operations Administration Assistant is part of a team that reports directly to the Operations Manager. They will be supporting the Operations teams across all departments with daily administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assisting day to day operations to ensure smooth execution of all tours.

Liaising with external suppliers to book and confirm services.

Providing on phone customer assistance to passengers whilst they travel (during rota’d hours), with responsibility for some out of hours phone cover.

Maintaining outstanding customer service.

Ad hoc projects as required.

**Personal Skills & Qualities**:
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of a wide range of packages, particularly Google Drives (and associated programmes) and Microsoft Excel & Word.

Attention to detail.

Can remain focused and organised in a fast-paced environment.

Can forge and maintain good working relationships with external suppliers.

Good written and communication skills.

A flexible mindset with an attitude that responds well to change.

High standard of customer service.
