Search consultancy are exclusively working with a high growth E-commerce Retail Business who have been able to disrupt in a predominantly offline market.

Due to acquisition & organic growth a Head of FP&A is required as a key position in the future growth of the business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with Heads of Departments the role involves preparing budgets and regularforecasts by identification, maintenance and evaluation of relevant trends and information.

**Role**
- Build complex, in depth and commercially driven budgeting and forecasting processes and systems
- Supporting the CFO & executive board on professionalising the finance function and wider business
- Prepare new business plans and proposals including making recommendations to the senior team
- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances
- Weekly and Monthly Financial reports
- Work with Finance and Commercial teams on development of Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports
- Develop financial models and analyses to Improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic initiatives
- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

**Requirements**:

- ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with proven experience in a similar FP&A/Commercial role
- Experience building complex budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong business partnering, cross division and internally
- Strong leadership experience
- Open minded, problem solving and growth driven
- Experience working with Power BI
- Experience in an E-commerce Retail Business would be advantageous
