The Head of Careers leads the development and delivery of a high quality careers service, responsive to the needs of the University’s student community and academic stakeholders, informed by recognised professional expertise. They represent the University at relevant sector bodies and discussions, securing Warwick’s position as a leading provider of careers services and associated professional expertise within the UK HE sector. They will join a strong team of committed professionals leading activity in the co-curriculum at Warwick.

You will be a qualified Careers professional with experience of leading teams through change and working strategically with academic departments to embed employability across all years of study. You will be well-networked within the sector, able to work with initiative across teams in an environment bringing together opportunities for students in the co-curriculum. You will be adept at developing strong relationships and working with academic staff and students to develop innovative resources and design the delivery of services meeting student need and interest.
