**Role Title: E-Commerce and Systems Specialist**

**Reports to: Marketing Manager**

**Location: PIPEKIT, Abella House, Longden Rd, Shrewsbury SY3 9PS**

**Role Purpose**:
To own the e-commerce and systems content for a large Magento 2 e-commerce website to ensure continued e-commerce growth within the business, ownership of the price file and responsible for systems and processes linking into the website

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the website content is up to date, properly optimised and continually maintained at a high standard
- Add new products, functionality and supporting content as required.
- Maintain XFour price file, discount structure and accuracy.
- Work closely with product suppliers
- Devise and project manage site changes and improvements
- Perform competitor analysis
- Manage and oversee 3rd party agencies
- Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
- Assist marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
- Manage integrations between Magento, XFour and Pipedrive CRM

**Essential qualifications and experience required for this role**:

- A good communicator
- Strong logic, numerical & analytical skills
- Excellent skills in Excel and Magento 2.
- Attention to detail
- Team player bringing enthusiasm and drive to the role.
- Organised & focused on delivering results
- Evidence of a ‘self-starter’ who does not require close supervision, and uses own initiative
- Minimum GCSE C or Level 2 in Maths, and English.

**Desirable Qualifications and experience**:

- Experience in managing an e-commerce site and IT systems
- A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or IT is desirable
- Proficient in Excel and other IT packages
- A fast learner who can quickly add value to the role and the wider team.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
