Could you lend your skills to a leading national charity providing education, support and care for more than 1,200 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities? Do you enjoy processes, procedures and finding ways to improve them?**

You'll join the recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator, helping us deliver remarkable results. You will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for teachers and teaching assistants.

Your recruitment responsibility will encompass our educational sites in Aylesbury, Bedford, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Leicester. **About us**

MacIntyre was established in 1966 by the parents of a child with learning disabilities. We have been providing diverse, locally connected services and personalised solutions to encourage independent lives for the children and adults we support ever since.

We provide learning, support and care for more than 1,200 children, young people and adults who have a learning disability and/or autism at locations across England and Wales.

Our teachers and teaching assistants deliver bespoke curricula to young people of college age who have special educational needs. Most of the young people we teach are autistic and/or have a learning disability. Some have an additional physical disability or mental health issues. We have a brilliant track record giving young people the tools they need to transform their lives, with educational programmes designed specifically for each learner as they prepare for adult life.
